Valeria Fernandez

Valeria Fernandez is a graduate student at New York University (NYU) pursuing a master’s degree in Public Relations and Corporate Communication. Valeria believes that being a good communicator is an art. Seeking the mastery of this art, she has found a deep passion for language, writing and reading. 

 

Before enrolling at NYU, Valeria was an Associate at Narrative Strategies, a strategic communications firm in Washington, DC. She started at Narrative as an intern and was promoted due to her hard work, proactiveness and capacity to manage multiple accounts and projects. 

 

Valeria holds a BA in Journalism and Mass Communications from George Washington University. She is originally from the Dominican Republic and the youngest of three siblings. During her free time, she likes to explore new restaurants and cuisines as she is a foodie at heart.
